This growing family loved their home and their location. They just needed more space. With a new baby on the way and the need for another bedroom, we designed a full addition above the garage, creating a primary suite that let them grow into their home instead of leaving it behind.

From the street, you'd never guess this space wasn't part of the original house. We matched the original look and character of the home so the new space simply looks like it was always there. Inside, a Venetian-plastered fireplace anchors the bedroom, while a dramatic wet bar, a quiet desk nook, and a spa-like bathroom round out a suite designed for everyday rhythms: morning coffee, quiet evenings, and the small rituals of life that make this home theirs.
