Michael Wade
Mike’s grandfather and father were both builders and nurtured that interest in Mike. He headed to Ball State University in Indiana and completed his B.S. in Environmental Design, majoring in Architecture. At Ball State, Mike’s design team, lead by Mike, was the first to use computer aided design to document one of the historic homes near campus. Today, all of our design is done on the computer. 3-D modeling is available. Mike has now been in design and construction for over 35 years. It was 1999 when Wade Design & Construction Inc. was launched.
Kristin Wade
Kristin’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Communications assists her at Wade Design as she handles operational aspects of the business in addition to expediting, scheduling and marketing.

2025 CHRYSALIS AWARD
For Bath Remodel $50,000-$75,000
In the 1925 Timeless Bathroom Transformation, our designer put together a timeless, low-maintenance space featuring a beautiful arch into the shower and traditional fixtures. Thoughtful design maximized the limited available space, resulting in a stylish and functional guest bathroom. The client now offers their visitors a comfortable and elegant experience that blends well with the rest of the home.
